Hi! My name is Gert. I'm a full-time student and work part-time, so I keep a busy schedule balancing school, work, and other commitments.
I'm looking for a comfortable, peaceful living environment where I can relax and recharge after a long day. I value cleanliness, open communication, and mutual respect, and I strive to be a considerate and reliable housemate. While I tend to stay busy throughout the week, I'm friendly, easygoing, and enjoy living with people who are a good personality fit.
My move-in date is flexible, ideally anytime between July 1st and August 5th.
A private bathroom would be a bonus, but it's not a dealbreaker as long as shared spaces are clean and well maintained. I prefer a pet-free home, as I didn't grow up around pets and am most comfortable in that type of environment.
I don't party, but I do occasionally enjoy having a friend or two over for dinner or a quiet visit. Most of the time, though, you'll find me studying, working, or relaxing at home. I appreciate quiet mornings and evenings and am looking for a home with a calm, respectful atmosphere.
