Hi everyone! Alexis Thoeny and I are searching for one more roommate (guy or girl) to live with us in DC proper. He and I are looking at really modern/cool/unique row houses or ground-floor apartments (3br, 3+ba) that are ideally under $2,500 per person. As of now, we’ve found a potentially great spot in Cathedral Heights. We’re trying to lock something in fast, probably in the next ~2 weeks.
We’re hoping to move in by July or August and are open to most neighborhoods. Some dedicated parking spots would be really helpful though.
A little about me—I just turned 30 and spent the last couple years in SF. Loved it there, but it’s time to move back to DC to be closer to family & friends! I’m an in-house counsel at an aerospace startup. I love music, books, and cooking. I plan on windsurfing and snowboarding a lot, and getting my skydiving license next year. I also like going out on the weekends, finding live concerts, and enjoying the outdoors by hiking, playing sports, or hanging out in a park.
In terms of living habits, I’m very laidback. I like to keep my personal spaces clean and organized, but I’m flexible with how we want to use the common areas. Would love a third roommate that is also down to spend time together and explore the city.
Please hit me up if you’re looking as well or know anyone who is. Thanks
Adam
