Looking for a Room / Roommates in Boston (Seaport

Hi everyone! I’m relocating to Boston for work starting at the beginning of July and am looking for a room.
I’m looking to secure a spot starting July 1st. I am totally open to a short-term sublet for the summer, but ideally, I’d love to find a long-term lease/spot that carries through to September 1st, 2027.
A bit about me:
I’m 24, working full-time in the Seaport district in finance. During the week, my schedule is pretty structured and busy, but in my free time, I’m big into lifting/fitness, traveling, all things Boston sports, and exploring the city.
What I’m like as a roommate:
I’m easygoing and love socializing/grabbing a drink on weekends, but I also completely respect everyone’s space and quiet time during the workweek. I’m clean, organized, and reliable with bills/rent.
Ideal Setup:
Timeline: Move-in July 1 (sublet or long-term)
Location: Seaport, South Boston (Southie), or anywhere with a 20- 30 minute commute to the Seaport area
Budget: around $1700 would be great
