Hey-hey, I'm looking for a room in Manhattan (haha if they exist) and Brooklyn not so far from the city.

I’m 37. I’m originally from Russia, but left 9 years ago. Moved to the US and NYC 8 months ago. I work in advertising remotely, from home/cafes/libraries. Also, a couple of weeks back, I started my handyman gig. I’m chill and easy-going. I’m a good roommate and very respectful of the space. I always try to improve the space I’m in. I like things clean and tidy. I like to cook. I’m handy and can fix stuff in the apartment.

I woke up around 7-9am and go to sleep around 11pm-1am. I don't bring party home, value my alone time, but I'm a great hang as well.
