Room wanted in Jersey City, NJ

I am a 19-year-old female college student currently looking for a private room in a shared home or apartment. I am available to move in as soon as possible and have a budget of up to $800/month.

I currently work on campus as a manager in the athletic department and am also a student-athlete, so I keep a structured and busy schedule focused on school, work, and training. I am responsible, respectful, and clean, and I value a quiet and comfortable living environment.

I am open to living with either males or females, ideally between the ages of 19–30. I do not smoke and prefer a smoke-free home. I am looking for a safe, well-maintained space with good access to public transportation.

My goal is to find a stable, long-term living situation in a respectful roommate environment.
