He has a full-time MRI Technologist position at Stanford Hospital in Palo Alto. His work schedule is 12-hour shifts from Friday through Sunday, so he will mainly need a quiet place to rest before and after work. He is looking to move in by Saturday, June 20.

His current work contract is for 3.5 months, with the possibility of extending for another 3.5 months. We have two children, and he plans to fly home about once a month, so he may be away occasionally as well.

James is very respectful, quiet, clean, and easy to live with. He keeps to himself, has a steady work schedule, and will mostly be eating at the hospital, so he would not be using the kitchen heavily. He is responsible and simply looking for a peaceful place close to work.
