Easy going, no drama professional

I'm a very young hearted gay dude who just so happens to have gotten stuck in a 50's body. I'm fun-loving, easy going and am responsible when it comes to my home life (I participate in the duties of the household and pay my fair share). I smoke, but don't need to do so inside.

I don't have a lot of needs but here is a list anyway.
• I work from home, so I need a room large enough to accommodate a bed and a desk or a separate space to set up a workspace.
• A washer/dryer in the unit is appreciated.
• Parking of any type for my truck (Ford F-150 4 wheel drive). Can be street, lot or garage.
•. I need reliable internet and will provide it if it's not already there. Have a Starlink system that can be activated easily.
• Air conditioning

I'm gay, have had the same job for 13 years and make decent money. I have my own vehicle and can provide my own furniture.
