Seeking shared spaces to rent and buddy up

Hello, have been through a series of several short term subjects this past year. Would really like to settle in somewhere. I have been searching the job market and have some possibilities for good employment coming in. But with that being said money is tight until I can lock something in, the best I can do is hope for some flexibility with first months rent, and work my way into paying the security deposit and last months if requested.

I'm very tired of the short term sublet rental game, and hope to lock something in with some kind people who understand that I've been a pinch lately waiting for the right job to come through. I'm a professional with a large breadth of work experience from education, hospitality, event coordinating, and service industry.
