Posting for a friend, he is looking for somewhere to move in ASAP / before the 20th, ideally somewhere near ASU (or close to transport links) and with rent and utilities up to a maximum of $800/mo (obviously preferably lower)
He is a hardworking young man, working nights at ASU, cooks and keeps things clean to a satisfactory standard, uses a bike to get around so will need parking space or to be downstairs so he can easily bring and leave it in his room. Generally keeps to himself and doesn't cause any trouble, very respectfull of people's schedules and is good at not making too much noise when leaving/coming back from work etc.
I can personally vouch for him as he has previously lived with me and I could not have asked for a better roommate.
