Freelance Surealist Artist

I am a self-employed artist looking for housing. I simply need a space to live and work on my art. I would love to live with anti-capitalist individuals or other artists. I write, paint, and illustrate communist work. I'd be interested in living with comrades. I am autistic and adhd and appreciate fellow neurodivergent company. I keep a clean home. I enjoy doing chores but I don't like to be the "maid." I'd need chores to be a group project or a clear understanding of housework as real labor. If I were to take on all of the housework, this could be in exchange for other rent or as real employment as a housecleaner. I like to host comrades and friends for discussions or just to hang out. If this is not possible, I won't host people. I enjoy gardening and decorating. I have my own furniture and an extensive collection of books. I play music daily but I can plan to practice my instrument at appropriate hours. I do not smoke or drink. I can tolerate smoking, but I cannot live with someone who smokes cigarettes.
