Retired navy guy - just turned 59, very neat, clean, quiet. I was stationed at 32nd St navy base, NAS N. Island, and NAS Lemoore CA in the Central Valley, also NAS Pensacola FL where I retired and I'm in the process of selling my house. Fell in love with Cali and left a LOT of friends and shipmates behind in N. County (Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Fallbrook) and I plan to return! I just want to uncomplicate my life and rent a clean room because I LOVE to travel (LA where I have relatives, and also Phoenix where I have more pals and shipmates) and it's not practical with property that needs mowing / weed whacking, pets that need to be fed and taken out, etc. So I have a realtor who told me "the market is slow" but I'm priced to SELL that thing and hope to return to Cali hopefully by Sept. 1st.
