Long-term room rental welcoming a stay in room cat

I'm looking for a nice place to rent a room plus bathroom, private preferred but can share. I'm friendly, nice, neat, clean and love to spend time alone with my cat. I have friends but they don't have to be allowed, no bf, no car- I take public transportation and won't ask for rides unless going to same place. I'm currently in Carrollton and have a great reference available. I like the Carrollton, Addison, farmers branch area but any n Dallas near those is fine. I have a king mattress so room must be able to accommodate room for me and are for cat. I scoop litter daily it never smells like ammonia/pets. I enjoy house cleaning and don't mind keeping up shared areas. I'm currently saving for a car. I'm on disability but looking for part time work to supplement income. I can go up to $800 but would prefer lower rent with bills included. On site laundry is a must and a patio or backyard would be a plus. Must have AC in bedroom and a fan would be a bonus. Those are my qualities and preferences plus details. Please reach out to posting if you think we may be a match. I keep to myself but enjoy socializing wether in or out of house.
