Room wanted in NYC

I’m 26 years old and I’m from Ireland. I’m looking for a room in a shared apartment in New York from around August 22nd to October 5th (with some flexibility on both ends!).

I’m hoping to find a sublet with female roommates around the same age who are friendly, easy-going, and looking for a similar vibe!

A bit about me: I’m outgoing and sociable, and I love trying new cafés and restaurants, exploring new neighbourhoods, going on day trips, and making the most of a city. I’m very considerate at home—quiet, clean, and very respectful of other people’s space and routines.

It would be great to live with someone who’d be up for doing things together—going out for drinks, cafés, or just exploring New York and the wider area a bit together!

I’m a qualified urban planner but won’t be working during this time. I’m considering a more permanent move to New York next year, so I’d love to meet people and make some genuine friendships during my time there.

Ideally looking in Manhattan or Brooklyn, but I’m open to other areas with good transport links.

I can provide references from both my current and previous landlords if required, and I’m happy to FaceTime or share social media beforehand.
