21F looking for room/ate- very clean & have cat

CU Boulder grad relocating from Colorado to LA and looking for a roommate! (My lease ends the last week of July, so I'm looking to move in sometime during July ideally)
Hi!!! I'm Nora, and I work in fashion and am kind of a homebody. If I go out it's on the weekends and even then it's not typically every weekend.
Most nights I'm just in bed scrolling my phone by midnight, and I'm really conscious about not disturbing anyone else's peace. I'd prefer to live in an apartment if possible just for safety reasons :)
In terms of location I'm really looking for somewhere lively and walkable, like Silverlake, Los Feliz, Mid-City, or Koreatown. Somewhere with people around and things nearby, not on the outskirts of the city.
I love pilates, diy art crafts, my cat, coffee dates, dinner & drinks, fashion, shopping, aesthetics, concerts, taking pics, and burritos!!! (i do also smoke & but i go outside & only before bed. id prefer if roomies didnt smoke bud in the house just bc of my kitty but im flexible, i can always put my cat in my room if needed)
I am very very clean, everything has a place in my apartment and nothing is just sitting out unless it's decor or a kitchen appliance. I almost never have anything in the kitchen sink, I wipe down surfaces daily, and I really just live by clean space clean mind. My apartment is my sanctuary

I also have a two year old cat named Lennie who is the friendliest cat I've ever met. He's been around other cats, dogs, and kids and has always been completely fine, so if you have a pet I'm totally open to introducing them.
Because I have him and I'm also mildly allergic to my own cat (yes really), I vacuum almost every day and really stay on top of cleaning. You will never walk into the apartment and smell cat, I promise. The only things I'd ask are no lilies in the apartment since they're extremely toxic for cats, and just being mindful when using garlic and onion since they are also very toxic for cats (italian is my fav so dont worry im def not a no onion or garlic girly, just try and be aware :)) Im also getting him Emotional Support Animal certified before moving to LA. Small stuff, I just like to be transparent because my cat is my everything.
Guests are completely fine, I really don't mind at all. I just prefer it's not a huge group every single day. A friend coming over all the time is totally fine, occasional get togethers are totally fine, I'm very laid back about it.
It would be awesome to find a roommate who becomes a genuine friend since I'm new to LA and don't know many people there yet. But tbh if you're clean, friendly, and easy to communicate with i would still love to chat and see if we'd be a good match!
