Seeking private room with own bathroom. I live in OC with own family but I commute to LA for work and music creator K-pop event in West Hollywood, downtown LA, Culver City and playa vista . Also UCLA alumni events on campus so I’m seeking 2nd home in LA so I don’t have to drive back to OC every day.

Most of my stuff will stay in my oc home. This LA place will be my 2nd home not primary residence

I do work from home and sometimes in china work hours . I work 65hours during new campaign launches so I need somewhere
Must:
- quiet, no drinking parties, no barking dogs.
- clean bright modern
- no weird smell in home (candle or incense burning)
- no hoarder or rat pack
- non-tandem/stacked parking since I may need to work/come and go in China hours sometimes

- parking area/garage with EV charger (I have an EV)
