OC resident seeking LA 2nd room 4 shorter commute

💫Seeking a 2nd Room to Rent in LA (Koreatown / DTLA / Culver City / Playa Vista / Sawtelle / West LA) ✨

I currently live in OC with my family, but I commute to LA frequently for work, creator/music industry events, and UCLA alumni events (see pics). I’m looking for a quiet and clean 2nd home in LA so I don’t have to drive back to OC late at night or stay in friends’ guest rooms.

* Koreatown
* Downtown LA
* Culver City
* Playa Vista

About me:

* Professional female working remote/hybrid
* Work noon-9pm LA & China hours during campaign launches
* Long work hours occasionally (up to 65 hrs/week during launches)
* Clean, respectful, quiet, and responsible
* Most of my belongings will remain at my OC home, so this would truly be a secondary residence rather than my primary home

Must-haves:
* Clean, bright, modern private room
* Private bathroom
* AC is a must
* Kitchen + fridge access
* Some cabinet/storage space in kitchen
* Designated non-tandem parking space (important because my work hours can be late/nighttime)

* Quiet environment (no drinking parties)
* No barking dogs
* No smoking, incense, candles, or strong odors in the home
* No hoarding

Preferred:

* EV charger or garage charging access
