Hi there! My name is Russell and I am an incoming student at Fullerton College. I am currently looking for a quiet and clean place to stay for the upcoming academic year, starting around June 15th.
I pride myself on being a very respectful and tidy roommate. My lifestyle is quite simple—I focus mainly on my studies and keeping a balanced routine. I don't smoke, I’m not a party-goer, and I’m very mindful of shared spaces, ensuring that I keep them clean and peaceful for everyone.
What I’m looking for:
Environment: Since I’ll be focusing on my coursework, a quiet environment where I can concentrate is important to me.
Parking: I will have a vehicle for my daily commute, so I am specifically looking for a place with a dedicated parking spot or reliable street parking.
Lease/Residency: I am looking for a professional arrangement where a formal lease agreement is provided. I need this document to establish residency for administrative purposes, including driver’s license registration, vehicle insurance, and other local documentation.
I am looking for a stable and welcoming home where I can settle in and focus on my studies. My parents are also happy to assist with the lease process and any necessary documentation to ensure everything is handled professionally.
