Looking for Room In South O.C.

Local Orange County gal looking for looking for a quiet, tranquil home where everyone is friendly, respectful and financially responsible. I work full time so I’m looking for a place that is centrally located in South Orange County providing me a manageable commute to work.

An ideal roommate situation for me would work during the day and sleep at night, or at least be quiet after 11:30pm. I am at that point in my life where I don’t need to go out and party every night or have friends over. I prefer quiet time to read or watch a little TV in my room, then lights out at night since I need to get up for work in the morning. I’m pretty busy and typically pack my lunch/dinner for work, so having kitchen access is important. On my days off, I go out and spend time with family and friends.

I would prefer an unfurnished room, since I have my own furniture. Ideally, I would like my own bathroom so there are no issues with scheduling shower time/getting ready for work. I'm honest and respectful of your stuff, so I expect the same in return.

I would like to live in a nice neighborhood: quiet street – clean, safe community. I need a safe parking place, so a spot in a garage or driveway or in front of the home would be ideal for me. Having access to Wi-Fi and laundry facilities would be great. I like to keep my room clean and tidy and would like to live in a household with others that feel the same way.

I don’t do drugs, smoke/vape or have any pets. I’m clean, quiet and easy-going. A minimum 6-month rental would work for me, though if we have a good living situation going, a year lease would be great. I am a responsible person and I have verifiable employment and pay my rent on time. I like to have my roommates be the same.

If you're ready for enjoyable, drama-free living, then I am the roomie for you. Don't mind male or female roommates. Looking for a good lifestyle/personality fit, so gender is not an issue for me.
