Looking for a roommate or private Rental

Hi there, I’m looking for a private room or space for my son and I (8) for minimum 1 month and maximum 6 month stay.

We are very clean and respectful of other spaces, and an optimistic duo. We prefer serene, peaceful environments, can be secluded or can be in walkable area around shops, stores etc.
We are playful, love being outside, and enjoy swimming. I am a business owner with a current phone call bridge job for the meantime so quiet and private spaces are what I expect. Even a small space in the rental works.

I prioritize cleanliness, good energy, and a safe and secure stable base to land for us as we transition this move

I will like to make a transition by the 25th of June being accommodated in our short term stay when we arrive to the state.
