Looking for a room end of July/August-Septembe

Hello! I am looking for a studio/one bedroom apartment but I'm open to having a roommate as I'm used to it! I've been in the city for six years now and am an actor/recent graduate. When I'm not performing, I sometimes serve. I am always on-time/early with bills and have a guarantor if you require that. As far as living spaces go, my biggest thing is having laundry either in unit or in the basement and having a year lease at minimum. Otherwise I'm down with most things.

Roommate wise, I require cleanliness and timeliness when it comes to bills. Most other things I don't really care about. I am actor, so sometimes the living room has to become a self tape set up for a couple hours! If that's all good with you, then we're a perfect match. Reach out with any questions you may have!
