hello! my name is leah, and i am 17 as i write this on june 2nd, 2026. i will be turning 18 october 22nd 2026! i graduate june of 2027. i need to move out of my home immediately/on my birthday, and i wont be able to before that. i make about 1,200/month and am willing to sacrifice most of that pay for rent + utilities, between $900-$1,000- most likely more because ill be saving up the entire summer to be able to move. i currently live in havertown. im looking for anyone who fits my wants for the most part, overall just someone who can treat me with mutual respect that wont turn into a nightmare roommate story later on. i have 1 cat, oscar, he is my emotional support animal (not yet registered) and i cannot leave him behind. i change his box daily, bathe him monthly, and he never meows so odor & noise shouldnt be a problem. his shedding is minimal and when i share a space with him AND someone else i try my best to keep on top of excess fur, if any at all since he will be in my room a majority of the time. he's very cautious so it takes an extremely long time for him to adjust/WANT to come out of my room. basically he wont bother you lol. if youre a cigarette smoker, i would appreciate it being done outside. weed is another story, but please keep it in your room if you can and i will do the same! i do smoke pretty often, but anything ive just asked of you i will follow myself. please contact me if youre interested! ways to reach me are above. have a great day. :)
