I am preparing to permanently relocate to the Orlando area and fulfill a long-held dream of living right here in the beautiful, historic villages of Celebration. I am looking to secure a safe, reliable lease for a standalone garage apartment / carriage house starting in August or September.
I am a mature, serious professional content creator who has split my time between Dallas and Orlando for years. With my career heavily tied to the theme park and entertainment industry, moving to Celebration full-time is the perfect next step for my business and my life.
Because I want my future landlord to feel 100% comfortable letting me into their space, here is a bit about who I am as a tenant:
🏡 Financial Security: I am currently in the process of selling my home in Dallas. Because of the equity from the sale, I am in a position to pay multiple months of rent entirely in advance to ensure absolute peace of mind.
🎓 Respectful & Mature: I spent my college years earning two degrees in Manhattan, so I completely understand the etiquette of urban, shared-space living. I treat my rental spaces with the utmost respect—as if they were my own home.
🚭 Clean Lifestyle: I am a strict non-smoker, non-drinker, very quiet, and incredibly tidy.
🐾 A Small Companion: I have a wonderful, 12-lb rescue pup who is my shadow. He is 2 years old, completely house-trained, exceptionally well-behaved, and quiet. (Of course, I welcome any pet deposits!).
🚗 Parking: I drive a Jeep Wrangler, so a unit with a dedicated alley parking pad or clear parking arrangement would be ideal.
A Quick Note on my Timeline:
Because of my work in the park industry, the upcoming Halloween season means I will be traveling continuously back and forth to Los Angeles during the month of August. For this reason, a late August or September 1st move-in would be incredibly smooth, though I am flexible for the right fit!
