Filmmaker/editor, reliable - August move-in

I'm a video editor and filmmaker moving to Brooklyn from Baltimore in early August. I work primarily in combat sports media and documentary— fight week coverage, features, and event video production — with a consistent retainer client and several ongoing projects.

Day-to-day, I'm editing from a co-working space, so I'm not home taking up the kitchen all day. I travel at least once a month for a week at a time for work, which makes me a low-impact presence around the apartment.

What to expect living with me: I keep common spaces clean, I'm respectful of noise and schedules, and I'm social when it's welcome but not in your face about it. No pets, non-smoker, don't throw parties. I pay on time — steady freelance income, happy to provide proof upfront.

An ideal roommate is another working professional or creative — someone who has their own thing going on, values a calm home base, and can share a space. Not a deal breaker if not. Good energy, mutual respect, and the occasional chat in the kitchen are the vibe.

Looking for somewhere in Bushwick, Ridgewood, or nearby with good subway access, available from August 1.
