Hi! I'm looking for a 2 month lease for June-July. I will be travelling for around 4-5 weeks of this period so it's lowkey free rent, but I need to get my stuff moved out in June for residency reasons. After that, I will transition to a 1 year lease at an apt complex that I have lined up that doesn't start until the end of July.
I just graduated UCLA, I'm working a mix of remote and in-person. I don't drink or party, I won't bring anyone over, I don't have a pet, and when I am in Prescott, I expect to be spending a lot of my time with friends from church so I won't be in the apt much. I'm a Christian and have had several years of experience throughout college living with roommates.
