31-year-old relocating to NYC from Seoul

Hi, I'm Kyle, a 31-year-old Army veteran relocating to NYC after spending the last few years living in South Korea.

I'm looking for a room in Queens, Upper Manhattan, or Brooklyn with a move-in date around August. I'm quiet, clean, financially stable, and generally keep a low-key lifestyle. Most of my time is spent studying, reading, exercising, or exploring the city.

I graduated from West Point with a degree in Electrical Engineering and served as an Army officer for eight years. I'm currently preparing for law school applications and the patent bar, so having a comfortable and respectful living environment is important to me.

I'm not a partier, I don't smoke, and I'm considerate of shared spaces. I enjoy cooking, running, cycling, coffee shops, museums, and trying new restaurants. I get along well with people from different backgrounds and have lived both in the U. S. and overseas.

I have reliable income, and can provide documentation as needed.
