Short-term private room wanted, July 1 to 14

Hi, I’m Jay, 26, visiting Utah from London, UK from July 1 to July 14 and looking for a safe paid short-term private room.

I may be joined by my twin brother, so I’m looking for either two separate beds in one private room, or two private rooms if available. I’m not looking to share one bed.

I’m mainly looking around Layton, Kaysville, Farmington, Clearfield, Ogden, or Salt Lake City, ideally somewhere with realistic FrontRunner/TRAX/Uber access as I won’t be driving.

I’m looking for a private bedroom, not a shared room, with a comfortable bed, WiFi, bathroom/shower access, and a safe place for luggage. Laundry access would be a bonus. I land at SLC late evening on July 1, so a late check-in or clear self check-in would be helpful.

A bit about me: I’m tidy, respectful, non-smoking, and not looking to party. I’m visiting to explore Utah, attend some church/YSA/community activities, see local culture, and meet people while I’m there.

Budget is ideally around $700 to $850 total for the stay, but I’m open to discussing a fair short-term rate depending on the room, location, and setup.
