I am looking for a room / apartment within 15-20 mins drive to downtown Austin. the closer the better
Most weeks I will only be there 1 night per week (typically Tuesday nights). There may be occasional weeks I need it up to 3 nights that week but most weeks will just be Tuesday night.
Furnished is slightly better but nbd. Wifi and private bathroom are nice not necessarily requirements.
Girlfriend and our registered service animal dog (very chill, very shy, rarely barks, potty trained, well behaved. she is service animal) may occasionally stay the night with me during that 1 night per week although probably not every time.
Max $800 all in all in. Move in around July 6th can be slightly flexible.
I have excellent credit, no criminal record.
I just need a place so I don't have to drive back to Houston from work in downtown.
No problem with any type of roommate. Chill or parties, bookworm or sports all ok with me.
