Looking for a room (within shared space)

Hi! I'm a recent high school graduate looking for a private room to rent in the Santa Rosa area or in a neighboring town/city, starting in late June. I'll be working and building my savings over the summer and attending community college starting in August.

I'm fairly clean, considerate of shared spaces, and value open and honest communication. I enjoy having friendly relationships with the people I live with, but I also respect everyone's privacy and personal space.

- I go to bed between 10 and 11pm and appreciate a household with quiet hours in the late evening.
- I enjoy cooking and would like access to a kitchen to prepare meals. In a family household, I'd also be open to
helping by cooking a weekly family meal or preparing breakfasts for children (if applicable).
- I'm comfortable with pets, as long as they are not aggressive.
- I'm happy to share a bathroom with a female housemate who is also clean. Beyond that, I'm ok with opposite-sex housemates.
- I only live in smoke-free and drug-free living environments.

I am primarily looking for a private room where I can have reliable personal space. I'm hoping to find a stable living situation for at least two months, with the possibility of extending depending on how things work out for both parties.
