Room Searching

hi,
im easy going, clean & tidy (not. clean freak, like it doesn't bother me if you leave a dish in the sink overnight as long as its washed off)

im considerate, generally don’t make too much noise.
I love being friends with my roommates but value alone time and am independent. I also am used to living in osages where we help each other (if you leave the dish int he sink sometimes and im doing dishes, im just gonna wash yours as well)

I’m usually up at 730 and in bed around 10. do not wfh. On my days off I’m out exploring, hanging with my dog, or friends, working on my art or whatever project.
No drama, value communication and honesty, and non judgmental, not a bring the party home type. I don't smoke and not really a drinker but don't mind it.

I value a safe, relaxing space that warm and comfortable. Im someone who uses the kitchen, at reasonable hours of course (I know some people have weird problems with this)

On occasion I have someone over for dinner but it’s communicated

prefer to live with someone who has similar values., I would prefer someone who isn't dependent on relationships, isn't negative about everything, honest, and non judgmental or overly sensitive ( just going off current living situation )

I have a 12 year old dog who is my baby, hes about the size of a cat. and he's very sweet, gets along with other dogs, he sometimes barks at the door ofc but he stops if you tell him stop barking,, well trained and non destructive. usually to himself. And kinda lazy. hypoallergenic and doesn't drool. very cat like tbh - I do leave him home most times but also I take him with me places, and to work as well.

looking to not have more then 3 people total in a space, I don't mind signing a lease or not
prefer a larger space vs a small one. im currently in a 8x8 with basically no closet. I want to be in a space that is larger than this ands a closet. also needs to have a window.
not looking for a basement room.
