Room Searching

im calm and easy going, clean but not a neat freak. non noise sensitive but mindful of it in shared spaces. I love being friends with my roommates but value alone time and am independent. I usually working on a project of mine, making art or shooting film or outside at the park or wandering around. my usual days include waking up early, making coffee/ breakfast, I do not wfh, and then I make dinner. a few nights a week and usually stay a my friends house once a week. non drama, value communication and honesty, and non judgmental. not a bring the party home type. I value a safe, relaxing space that's warm. Im pretty easy to get along with, I would consider myself a people person, I am honest and straightforward.

prefer to live with someone who has similar values.
and loves dogs (doesn't complain about a barking dog), I would prefer someone who isn't dependent on relationships, isn't negative about everything, honest, and non judgmental!

I have a 12 year old dog who is my baby, and he's very sweet, gets along with other dogs, barks at the door ofc, well trained and non destructive. usually to himself.

looking to not have more then 3 people total in a space, I don't mind signing a lease or not
