Clean, respectful professional seeking room/mates

Looking for a room with other similarly-minded professionals.

A little about me: I’m a professional in my 30s and have recently relocated for work. I’m usually at work, at church, hiking, or studying for my masters. Non-smoker, no drugs, social drinker. No judgment if you do. Would prefer to live with someone who doesn’t smoke inside. Zero criminal background and would prefer to live with similar. Recently broke off engagement and am single, no kids. Have my own car, paid off, if that matters.

I’m a pretty private person and prefer to meet up with people outside/at theirs. Would prefer to live with someone who doesn’t invite random people over on the regular. It would be cool to live with people who are also chill, professional, clean, and mindful.

Caveat: I have a small dog that is basically a cat and during the week I drive her to the dog park so she can sniff unfamiliar grass and lay in one spot. She doesn’t fetch or bark, nor does she run. She’s great with other dogs and children as she is effectively a potted plant with fur. She was attacked by a German shepherd when she was 6mo old and has since developed into a polite, housebroken pacifist.

I understand and respect the reasons why folks might be reluctant to allow pets in their spaces. Unfortunately for me, I am avatar-style bonded to my cat(dog). It’s not enough to say she’s “not like other dogs” but I will say: if you let her, she will love you.
