Looking for a place in the South Bay — move-in June 1st (short-term sublet OR longer lease)

Hi everyone! My wife and I recently moved to Bay area for work in Tech after graduation. We're looking for a place starting June 1st, and we're open to either of these:

1. A temporary furnished sublet for the next 1–2 months while we settle in, where we'll stay as a couple, or
2. A longer-term lease that we can both move into now — we'll stay together for the first 1–2 months, after which I'll be moving to another city and my wife will continue
staying in the lease.

Details:
- Move-in: June 1st (or first week of June), flexible
- Areas: South Bay — Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, North San Jose, Mountain View, Cupertino, Milpitas (and nearby)
- Budget: $2,000–$2,800/month, all-in
- Space: Open to an entire 1B/1B, studio, or a private room in a shared home. A 2B/2B works too if it's under ~$2,700.

Preferences (flexible):
- Furnished preferred (especially for the short-term option)
- Private bathroom preferred (shared is fine if everything else fits)
- Parking spot for one car
- Good internet — we work from home
- In-unit or on-site laundry
