Hi everyone,

I'm currently looking for a furnished apartment, studio, or room in a shared apartment in Capitol Hill, First Hill, Queen Anne, or nearby areas.

My budget is between $1,200 and $1,400 per month, and I'm looking for a lease term of at least 3 months and up to 1 year. I'm hoping to move in as soon as possible.
