Couple looking for a room with private bathroom

We are both recent graduates from UCD looking for a place to live in Davis for the 2026-2027 school year. We have been living together for almost 3 years in the same apartment complex, and our current contract will expire at the end of August. Mainly, a private bathroom and available washer and drier (does not need to be in-unit) are the amenities we are looking for; the rest comes down to our budget. We are very chill and social, and mostly spend our time at home either cooking, doing some form of arts and crafts, or watching something together--all things we are happy to do with anyone who's around. We currently have a decent amount of furniture, some we would prefer to move with if possible, but we are prepared to downsize if necessary.
