Room wanted in Sacramento, Sacramento County, CA

Hi future roommate(s)!, I am looking for a room while trying to pay off my debts. I have two jobs with stable incomes, but I only work a little over 40 hours a week, so the workload is manageable for me. One important detail about me is that I am a studious artist, so I really vibe with other creatives or people who enjoy witnessing creativity. The caveat to this is that my room can be cluttered with art supplies, and I am not a "neat freak". That being said, while I would probably be more compatible with someone who is willing to overlook disorganized personal spaces, I am very conscientious about shared spaces. I also strongly dislike filth, so I won't leave a messy sink or food in my room. Because of my art-making habits, I am also a generally peaceful and quiet roommate who won't bring lots of guests over. Also: I strive to be compassionate and nonjudgmental when it comes to understanding others, especially in disagreements. So if you feel like you'd be comfortable having me around, let's talk!!!
