Professional Looking for Roommate/Housing

Seeking to move between July 13 and August 10. I have furniture (couch, large TV, good kitchen tools) that can help furnish an empty apartment. Flexible on neighborhood, but I’m prioritizing access to a good gym and decent restaurants nearby.

I’m a down-to-earth West Coast transplant, a year into NYC life, looking for a roommate who’s friendly and invested in a comfortable shared space. We don’t need to be best friends, but I’m drawn to professional, respectful, interesting people.

I work from home and practice classical piano daily on an electric piano with headphones, so you won’t hear me. I love to cook and occasionally host a small dinner for friends. I travel frequently and will be out for up to a few weeks at a time, so you’ll have the place to yourself regularly.

I’m a movie buff and an outdoor recreationalist (skiing, mountain biking, hiking), and I love cats and plants, though I currently own neither.
