Room wanted in Gresham, Multnomah County, OR

I am a professional male aged 40 with a five year old dog I've had since he was a puppy. My dog is very well behaved and trained. He comes with me everywhere and I am very protective of his wellbeing. I am looking for a larger room and preferably a private bathroom. I am capable of living alone in an apartment, but would like to see if I can find like minded people who have similar homesteading goals. I am attempting to move outside of Portland and have more privacy, a yard and a garden. I contribute a lot to communal living arrangements, and understand the challenges of having roommates later in life. I operate with discretion and consideration for everyone around me and it also expect reciprocity. I prefer to keep my home child free. I also prefer living in a house. I am available to move from 06/15/2026 and have a budget of $1,250/month. I would prefer to share with males, ideally between 30 and 55 years old.
