I'm looking for a pet friendly and peaceful living space. Preferably a 1bed/1bath place to myself, with a back enclosed area for my dog. I am open to renting a room with private bath as well. I maintain a private and quiet lifestyle. I appreciate a relaxed household and treat my home as a place to unwind and recharge. My budget is around $1800 and I'm open to 30 miles from the 92021 zip code. My dog is 3 yrs old, medium size mixed breed, and gets along well with other dogs. She is scared of anyone new she meets and can be standoffish at first, but she quickly falls in love with you and is such a happy and loving dog. She is more on the energetic side, so at least a small enclosed outside area is a must. If it's a roommate option, please be familiar with dogs and not naive to thinking all dogs are the same and they don't have boundaries lol
