20 y/o student looking for queer friendly room

Hello! My name's Lake. I'm a 20 year old native NY'er and an undergrad student studying theatre. I'm a transgender guy, so queer-friendly roommates are a must. I have lots of experience sharing spaces with roommates and am confident in my communication and co-living skills.

I am looking for a room; I prefer to sublet but would be okay being on a lease. I am available to move from July 1st, but would prefer a late July or early August move. I have a budget of $1,000 per month not including utilities. I would be happy sharing with people of any age. I have a partner that I might be moving with, but we are still unsure because of logistical reasons, so I much prefer a couple-friendly environment. (I promise we're not annoying and know how to keep to ourselves.)

Aside from all that, I love to read (I will be bringing many books with me), I'm learning how to sew and mend, and I call myself a stress-baker... there'll always be treats to share in the apartment during finals season, lol.
