Room Inquiry: July 15th Move-in

What I looking for: My budget is $1,300/month, if this comfortably fits your listing please don’t hesitate to contact me. I would like a guaranteed parking spot, either garage or street parking. I do have my own furniture so I require an unfurnished room. I do also have a coach and I would like to find some space for it. A non-smoker, and drug free environment including marijuana because I do have asthma. I would prefer only one roommate unless I find two people I feel I could get along with. Also, a roommate with a good attitude with good communication skills.
It would be nice to find a place with a yard but not a necessity.

A bit about me: I am a clean, responsible professional who works in the ER. I don't have any pets, but I wouldn’t mind living with someone who has them. I don't smoke, and I respect shared living spaces. I do value a clean household and sharing the responsible to keep it that way.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, camping, and off roading in my Jeep when my time permits. I typically keep a regular schedule of 10a-10p (3-4 days per week) and value a peaceful home environment to unwind.
If the room is still available, I would love to chat, learn more about the current house dynamic, and schedule a time to see the space (either in person or via video call).
