Looking for Clean & Cozy Room in Denver Area

Hey Y'all,

I am looking to move closer to the Denver city center. I am looking for a apartment/house share with other like-minded individuals. I enjoy living in a clean, cozy, collaborative home. I enjoy living with others that communicate well, clean up after themselves, and are considerate of everyone's space.

I work full-time remote, so I would enjoy having space in my room or in the household to set up my work desk (It's fairly compact). In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, being outdoors, hanging with friends, watching a show, or finding a good place for food/coffee/desserts. I am neurodivergent, so there are times where I am more reserved and may take some quiet space, but I also enjoy making dinner/hanging with roomies as well. I am queer/exploring my identity and would enjoy being in a home where that is lgbtq+/lgbtq+ friendly.

I am ok with respectful/considerate short-term overnight guests. I am also ok with a dinner party here and there. I'd prefer not to be in a home where house parties happen though. I do enjoy my sleep and prefer to live with others who observe reasonable (11-7am ish) quiet hours.
