Looking for preferably a straight, single, and male roommate around 30-50yrs old, to split a 2/2 in Las Olas or Flagler Village with an end of August move-in.

I keep my place clean, organized, and pretty low-key. I work a lot, so home is mainly a place to reset, stay focused, and keep things simple. I enjoy talking and creating business ideas & opportunities, living an active and healthy lifestyle and beach life + nightlife. Ideally a solid building in a strong area close to downtown and the beach. Open to different options as long as the layout works well and it’s a fair setup for both sides.
