Responsible professional seeking room near Aliso V

Hi! I’m a recent master’s degree graduate in Education and will be working at a university in Aliso Viejo starting in July. I’m looking for a private room or apartment share. I’m looking for a place in or near Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, or nearby areas within a reasonable drive. I would love a furnished room, parking, and utilities included, but I’m open depending on the right fit.

As a roommate I’m responsible, respectful, clean, and considerate. I don’t use drugs, I’m not a heavy drinker, and I value a calm home. I enjoy music, films, reading, fitness, meaningful conversations, and having a friendly but respectful relationship with the people I live with. I’m LGBTQ+ friendly, pet friendly, and happy to provide references if needed. I’m looking for a place where I can feel at home while also respecting everyone’s space, routines, and privacy.
