Queer-Friendly/30 F | Seeking Flexible Timeline

Hi there! I’m a 30-year-old professional planning a move to NYC from southeast MI. I’m currently working with a recruiter to lock down my next role, so my exact move-in date is flexible—ideally looking to transition sometime this summer (June-July) but it is a bit up in the air at this time.

Because my timeline depends on the job offer, I’m putting my feelers out early to find open-minded, flexible roommates or existing households who are okay with a rolling timeline. I have a very clean pet cat who does NOT ever go outside of his box. Period. He will never be an issue.

Financially- I am highly organized and taking this move seriously. I have strong credit, moving savings entirely ready to go, and am able to make this happen once a secure job offer comes through.

Vibe & Preferences- Clean, respectful, and communicative. I love exercise, video games, and sightseeing. I’m looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly, progressive environment where we can co-exist peacefully. I do not drink, and have a slight preference of being around someone else who doesnt, but that is not at all a deal breaker.
