42-year-old divorced/suddenly-single dad seeking a peaceful roommate situation or shared living arrangement.

Life changed unexpectedly recently, so I’m looking for a fresh start with good people and a stable, respectful environment. I’m currently a PhD candidate and also pursuing opportunities with the U.
