Hey! ๐Ÿ˜Ž I in search of finding that rare, ideal, or perfect room rental agreement with someone! I'm about to turn 45 & I teach piano Mon-Fri. I work after school hours which means I'm out of the home usually from 1p-8p.
I'm ALL about peace โœŒ๐Ÿผ and harmony and I'm too old & too tired to be anywhere near chaos or drama. I deeply honor and respect another person's home that I am technically a 'guest' in.
I am the textbook definition of a "Virgo" when it relates to cleaning and organizing. I've previously owned two homes myself so I understand the importance of cleanliness etc. I'm also a HUGE animal lover! The more the merrier !
