Looking to move

I have a small business working events so I’ll typically be doing office work here and there during the weekdays when most people are at work and then offsite typically nights and weekends. I don’t typically host much and respect others space and items. I do have two sweet attention loving cats that are okay with most pets. Due to the last two living situations, would rather not live with dogs or men that don’t clean up after themselves. Children are a definite no. I typically pay most of my rent from cash tips and pay the remainder however you prefer. Never been late on rent or utilities. Can either be the roommate to split for communal items or have our own separate things. Totally fine with people coming over as long as it doesn’t affect my sleep (partying super late like 4am or children screaming first thing in the morning).
