Reliable tenant looking for LA room for Sept

Hi! My name is Avery, I’m 26 and I’m planning to move to LA in September/ end of summer. I am from Massachusetts originally, but I have been living in Montreal for the past 8 years. I will be moving to LA to pursue a Masters degree in archival studies at UCLA. I will also continue working my part-time, WFH position as a conflict researcher focusing on the Southern United States.

I’m very outgoing, fun-loving, and open-minded. I’m hoping to find a very tidy roommate who I can explore the city with but who also values alone time (I yo-yo between introverted and extroverted). I love staying active, reading, cooking, and writing.

I’ll be moving with my 4-year-old rabbit, Jimbo who is as sweet as can be. He’s free roam and trained to use a litter box like a cat, except his litter doesn’t smell like a cats. I would also be bringing all my beautiful vintage MCM furniture for me, so expect our space to be cozy and aesthetically pleasing.
