Looking For Housing/Roommates!

Hello! My name is Zoey Davis and I'm an incoming student at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in NYC, enrolled starting the fall of 2027. I'm incredibly excited and grateful to begin this creative journey! I am currently based in Wisconsin and will be making the move out to NYC later this August (August of 2026) to get settled/work towards my tuition for a year before starting the program! If anyone has a need for a roommate please let me know! I'd be interested in a lease starting late August of 2026 and would like it to be about a year long. I am open to any neighborhood (with a preference for Manhattan) and am okay with having to commute to get to the heart of the city. My budget is tight. If possible -- and I know this is a stretch -- $900 or less a month would be ideal. If it would be at all possible to split an apartment that's around $1,000 per month two ways I would also love that! I understand if rent would need to be more and would be willing to make something work, I just am trying to save as much as possible. I am twenty-one years old, am organized and responsible, don't smoke or drink, and recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point this past December. I read, play guitar, practice yoga, and love to spend time outside in my free time. I would be more than willing to provide references as to my character as well! Thanks so very much, ~ Zoey
