Hospitality Professional & PhD Student

Hi! I’m Jim, a hospitality manager and PhD student relocating to Northern NJ this October. Mon–Fri is dedicated to my work and doctoral studies, so I appreciate a clean, organized, and peaceful home environment to recharge. On the weekends , I love hitting the town for drinks, great food, and checking out the local NYC and NJ nightlife.

Ideal Home & Roommate Dynamic:
Looking for a clean, courteous household in a 2BR or 3BR setup. Ideal roommates are fellow young professionals, graduate students, or healthcare workers (ages 21–43) who are LGBTQ+ f (gay/bi household strongly preferred). Looking for people who value a quiet sanctuary during the week, but are down-to-earth and open to heading out for drinks or social outings on weekends.

Locations & Tours:

Primary Areas: Jersey City (Grove St, Journal Sq, Newport), Hoboken, Weehawken, or Harrison.

In-Person Visit: I will be in town September 11–15 and available for in-person meetings and coffee meet-ups!
