Ideally, I am looking for a spacious room with a private bathroom (i’d be willing to pay more for that accommodation). I don’t mind sharing a bathroom with someone that frequently cleans up after themselves- as most of my concern is with sharing the bathroom. As for common spaces, i’ll be in my room mainly. I love cooking and meal prepping, so preferably a roommate that doesn’t mind smelling the aroma of breakfast and soul food- my favorites. My male, bombay cat is neutered and well behaved. It’ll be nice if he could remain indoor/outdoor, but he’ll stay in my room for the most part.
