I’m a 31 year old professional moving to NYC on 7/1 for work and need to find a place in the next few weeks.

I’m open to roommates and/or a sublet situation.

I do have a 30lb dog so would be looking for a place that is pet friendly, but I can also leave him at my parent’s place for a short team rental.
